“Weather and Cancellation

We recognize that weather can impact your camping experience. TOF staff will notify you via email and telephone if your event cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If your event is canceled by TOF staff, your payment will be refunded.

If you need to cancel your reservation, we will refund your payment if we are notified at least 10 business days before your camping workshop arrival date.  Cancellations within 10 business days or less of the arrival date will result in a loss of payment; unless you provide documented circumstances of illness or emergency.”
