Join Harris County Precinct 4 at our annual Memorial Day Ceremony on Monday, May 25, 2026, from 2:30–3:30 p.m. at Bear Creek Pioneers Park War Memorial Pavilion. We will gather to pay tribute to the courageous men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation. The program will be emceed by Marine Corps veteran and Harris County Precinct 4 Chief Operations Officer Daniel Rodriguez. Veterans Mia Garcia and Leo Elwood will share their stories of service and their continued impact on the veteran community in Harris County. The ceremony will also include posting of the Colors and a wreath ceremony presented by the Harris County Precinct 5 Constable’s Color Guard, a 21-gun salute, and the playing of Taps by VFW Post 9182. The War Memorial, standing proudly since 1985, honors the brave Harris County residents who made the ultimate sacrifice in World War I and subsequent conflicts. Each year, we come together in this sacred space to honor their memory and express our deepest gratitude for their service.
