Don’t miss the excitement of live racing including three premier racing events and various promotions, special events, and food and beverage offerings all season long!
Live Racing begins at 1:00 PM
• Houston Betting Championship – Contestants from all of the country will compete for their chance at a seat at the 2025 National Horseplayers Championship in Las Vegas
• Texas Flair Hat Contest – Come show off your best Texas Flair Hat for a chance to win $500. Registration is located on the South Paddock Level across from the Merchandise stand.
• Ladies Classic – Presented by Penn Women
• Meet and Greet with Riders & Trainers located on the Center Paddock Level inside
• Silent Auction benefiting the Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund
Bag Policy:
• Clear bags including totes and backpacks that do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
• Small clutch bag approximately the size of a hand that does not exceed 5” x 7”
• Laptop Bags may be subject to security checks upon entry. Management retains the right to deny entry with laptop bags.
• Medical bags containing necessary health items are acceptable after proper inspection and approval from venue personnel/security
