It’s the biggest baddest beach party in Texas coming atcha live on Galveston’s far out East Beach. 2 days of bands on beach. 2 days of inspiring Castles Made of Sand and Sand Art that melts back into the sea as quickly as it is born. 2 days and nights of food, beer, vendors and community under the biggest Texas sky around.

I once joined this event. The sand sculptures were incredible — from giant pyramids to castles and temples, all full of detail and creativity. The kids loved walking around, pointing at their favorites, and watching the artists carve right on the beach. A fun day with ocean breeze and sunshine
