In collaboration with @muxerhtx, join us July 19–20 for two vibrant days of art, music, and celebration at our annual FRIDA FEST in the Biergarten! 🌺
🎨 SATURDAY, JULY 19 | 1–10PM
Frida Fest day one is coming in bold and beautiful ✨
We’re kicking things off with local vendors, Frida-inspired art, and savory eats from Boombox Tacos all day long.
🎧 @_lilcbaby will be spinning from 2–8pm to keep the vibes going
🖼️ Step into our Frida Kahlo Art Show from 5–8pm featuring powerful pieces by local artists
👠 Our runway comes alive at 7pm for a Frida fashion show full of flair
👑 At 7:30pm, channel your inner Frida for our Adult Frida Look-Alike Contest! Prizes and bragging rights included!
🎸 Then we turn up the volume with a live music performance from 8–9:30pm!
🍻 And don’t forget, our exclusive Frida Fest glassware drops Saturday! Available while supplies last! 👀
🌸 SUNDAY, JULY 20 | 11AM–5PM
Frida Fest day two is all about familia, flavor, and creativity 🎨👨👩👧
Sunday brings the family vibes with even MORE music, food, and hands-on fun at the Biergarten!
🎶 We will have a live DJ on deck from noon–5pm to keep the energy high!
🌼 Tap into your creative side with a flower-making workshop from 2–4pm
🎺 Enjoy a lively Mariachi performance that’ll have the whole crowd clapping along!
Bring the whole crew out for a day filled with art, music, tacos, and the spirit of Frida Kahlo! Viva la Frida! 🙌
The Frida Festival is entering its 20th year and originated in the East End of Houston, TX. Our 2018 – 2024 festivals had over 30,000 attendees and were held in various locations including the Hardy & Nance Studios, Navigation Esplanade and Discovery Green.
