Come by POST Houston’s Skylawn for a free outdoor screening of Ugo Bienvenu’s animated science fantasy film Arco (2025). ‍

Presented in partnership with POST Houston, Villa Albertine’s annual outdoor film series “Films on the Green” returns to Houston from September 12 to October 9, 2026, showcasing French-American collaboration on the silver screen.

A magical and beautifully animated journey through time, Arco is a dazzling adventure about a 10-year-old boy from a peaceful, distant future who accidentally travels back to the year 2075 and discovers a world in peril. As Arco develops a touching friendship with a young girl named Iris, they band together, along with her trusted robot caretaker Mikki, and set out on a quest to get Arco home and potentially save the planet.

Produced by Natalie Portman and featuring voices by Will Ferrell, America Ferrera, Natalie Portman, and Mark Ruffalo, this beautifully animated, English-language feature is a poetic adventure about childhood, imagination, and the urgency of protecting our planet.
