Earlybirds Club is a wildly popular early-evening dance party sweeping the nation. Designed as a fun, welcoming alternative to traditional nightlife, the event offers a safe, inclusive space for women, trans and non-binary folks to let loose, connect with community, and still make it home in time for a full night’s sleep! Even better, 10% of proceeds from the event will support the Susie Lee Legacy Fund, supporting nonprofits that uplift women, gender-expansive people, and communities who need it most.
Short answer: Anyone 21+ can come.
Longer answer: We created Earlybirds Club as a safe space for women and gender-expansive folks. Now more than ever, we need a place where we can let our guard down and dance like nobody’s watching. We hope that people purchasing tickets can respect the community we’re trying to create.
It is illegal to discriminate based on gender. For that reason, we cannot and will not refuse entry to a cis man. We try to make it clear in our marketing who these parties are designed for, but it’s illegal to enforce a female and gender-expansive—only party.
Keep in mind: Just because someone presents as a cis man doesn’t mean they are. We can’t guess where someone is on the gender spectrum and, frankly, it’s none of our business. So if you see someone at a party who appears to be a man, let’s give them the benefit of the doubt. If they’re dancing and having a good time and not bothering you, allow kindness be your guide.
However, if someone, regardless of gender, is making you feel uncomfortable, tell the Ambassador and/or security. We do not tolerate unwanted advances or predatory behavior from anyone.
