Registration fee (does not include boat rental) is $55 per person / $60 after February 28 / $65 Day-of
$10 discount for BBP Members, military, and students (with valid ID).
Be part of the 54st BBP Regatta! The largest canoe and kayak race in Texas is along Buffalo Bayou.
Race Day Registration: 7 – 8:45 am
Finish Line and Awards Ceremony: 11am – 2:30pm (Awards at 1:30pm)

The race begins at 8am with 4 starts. ALL starts will be in-water.
8:00am: Non-Competitive and Day-of Registrants
9:00am: Tandem Kayaks and Solo Kayaks
9:10am: Team Sponsor Canoes and Tandem Canoes
9:20m: Solo Unlimited and Performance Unlimited
Free parking is located at the Starting Line (7700 San Felipe).
A complimentary shuttle service is available at the Finish Line to transport paddlers back to pick up their cars.
Minimum entry age is 12. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
If you choose to drive to HKDM, you must pay attention to parking signs in the neighborhood! Do NOT park illegally (you will be ticketed AND towed), and be respectful of our neighborhood – do not block driveways or park on sidewalks. Parking at the Love Park parking lot is limited. There is paid parking at 1069 Lawrence St, Houston, TX 77008 and 809 W 11th St, Houston, TX 77008. Please avoid parking on narrow streets.
