Join the fun at one of the most anticipated family-friendly events of the year—Nature Fest at Bridgeland! In celebration of Earth Month, this year’s festival focuses on environmental education, local wildlife, and the importance of preserving natural habitats. It’s a full day of entertainment and outdoor activities for all ages!
Featured Guest: Corbin Maxey
Nationally recognized animal expert and viral social media personality Corbin Maxey will headline this year’s educational shows. With a lifelong passion for wildlife, Corbin began a reptile rescue center at age 12 and appeared on The Tonight Show at 14. Today, he’s a sought-after conservation educator with millions of followers on YouTube and TikTok. At Nature Fest, Corbin will introduce fascinating animals and share his insights on habitat preservation.

I’ve attended this event twice, and all the photos above were taken during my visits. It features all-day stage performances, multiple inflatable bounce houses, a craft zone for kids, pony rides, and hands-on encounters with a variety of animals — you can even wrap a snake around your shoulders for a close-up experience! There are also several nature education booths and product exhibitors throughout the festival.
Free parking is available at Houston’s First Baptist Church – 11011 Mason Road, with shuttle service to the event running from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Bike racks are also available at Oak Meadow Park for cyclists.
If you have some extra time, I highly recommend making a quick drive to Bridgeland Treehouse Park, which is nearby. It’s a charming little spot with a whimsical treehouse and a great place for kids to play and explore nature.
